Kathleen Ada Miller, 89, passed away Friday, February 12, at First Health Moore Regional Hospital. She was the mother of Mrs. Richard Weber [Pat] of Seven Lakes South. A funeral service and entombment will be held in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Thursday, February 18, and Friday February 19.

Knoxville was where Mrs. Miller raised her family, worked, attended church, volunteered, and made special memories for her eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

After several visits, North Carolina became home to Mrs. Miller. She lived in Seven Lakes for two years and then resided in Autumn Care of Biscoe for two years. Always an advocate for children, she quickly became a part of the Project Linus Sandhills/Moore County, NC Chapter. She enjoyed sewing labels, folding and preparing the blankets for delivery to children in need.

In addition to her daughter Pat, she is survived by her daughters, Charlene Gross and her husband, Dwayne, of Maryville, TN; Kay Dawson and her husband, Jim, and Susan LeCoultre and her husband Don, both of Knoxville, TN; and a sister, Viola Bount of Johnson City, TN.
